Sales & Marketing Manager
General Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a luxury villa, boutique resort, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality brand.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, excellent grooming standards, and a high level of discipline.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and business development.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality sales, branding, digital marketing, and revenue generation strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, OTA management, and sales performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends, guest behaviour, and new business opportunities.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Established network within the luxury hospitality and travel industry is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong business acumen.
