Position: Spa Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of luxury SPA operations, wellness programs, and international service standards.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance with a strong customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage revenue targets, budgeting, and operational performance.
- In-depth understanding of SPA treatments, massage therapies, wellness products, and guest experience standards.
- Strong organizational and team management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/SPA management systems
