ASSISTANT SPA MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Spa Management, Wellness, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities with close attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise daily spa operations and ensure compliance with service, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and promote spa treatments, retail products, and wellness programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with spa management or hotel property management systems.
