What is Your Assignment:
- Prepare reports, manage bookings, monitor spa schedules, and assist in budgeting and operational planning
- Support daily spa activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities are clean, safe, and meet hygiene and wellness standards.
Suitable Fit:
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
- Understanding of spa procedures, products, and hygiene standards to maintain quality service.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members while resolving operational challenges efficiently.
- Able to support spa promotions, recommend treatments, and contribute to achieving spa revenue targets.
