Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, reputable hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant operational standards, service quality, and professional practices related to the applied position.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel, accounting, operational, digital, social media, e-commerce, or design systems/tools, depending on the applied position.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Able to join immediately.
