Head Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven experience in menu development, food costing, and kitchen budgeting
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Expertise in managing kitchen operations, inventory control, and purchasing
- Strong understanding of local and international cuisine
- Experience creating unique dining concepts, including romantic and destination dining experiences
- Able to work in the team and under pressure
- Discipline, honest, and responsible
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Willing to work shifts, weekend, and holidays
