We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre-opening resort in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Sales Manager
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a Sales Manager position, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of the Bali hospitality market, including Corporate, Government, Travel Agent, Wholesale, and MICE segments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and business partners in Bali and Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experienced in developing and executing sales strategies, business plans, and account management programs.
- Able to identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
