Qualification
- Minimum Diploma 2 or Bachelor Degree
- Familiar with Hotel System
- Have Drive license A and C
- Having experience min 2 year in the position applied
- Strong Knowledge of Indonesian, Western, Asian and International Cuisiene
- Good knowledge about food cost control, menu planning, inventory and kitchen operation
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, Safety Standar
- Strong Leadership and team management skill
- Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated & a team player
- Able to work immediately
