1. Executive Chef
2. Resort Supervisor
3. Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements:
Executive Chef
- Minimum 10 years in F&B department.
- Should be capable of organizing F&B department with speciality Balinese food, western, and healthy food.
- Able to plan menu and recipe.
- Good understanding about food hygiene.
- Have strong leadership skill, be capable of training the junior staff.
- Excellent in English language.
Resort Supervisor
- Male maximum 35 years old.
- Excellent in the English language.
- Experience in the retreat resort will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership skill.
- Able to train junior staff.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Male maximum 35 years old.
- Honest, hard-working, and detail-oriented.
- Able to speak English.
- Able to drive a car.
- Computer literate.
- Have a good leadership skill.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
