Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cost control, cash flow, and internal controls
- Handle accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and collections
- Monitor AR aging and follow up outstanding balances
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Operations on billing matters
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in finance/accounting (hospitality preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and excellent organization skills
Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations and accounts receivable - Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (VHP)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
