What is Your Assignment:
- Oversee daily resort operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Maintain high guest satisfaction by ensuring service excellence & handling complaints
- Lead, train, and evaluate team performance to build a strong and professional workforce
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and meet safety standards
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, legal regulations, and health & safety procedures
- Prepare reports and implement strategies to improve operational
Suitable Fit:
- Strong leadership in managing multi-department resort operations while maintaining luxury service standards
- Solid understanding of financial control, cost efficiency, and revenue optimization
- Effective team builder with experience in training, coaching, and maintaining positive work culture
