Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in villa/hotel/resort operations
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Relations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to handle operational budgeting, cost control, and SOP implementation
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and able to manage daily operations effectively
