Operational Manager, Indonesian Citizens Only.
The Green Room Seminyak, Bali is looking for a hands-on and experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, hospitality mindset, and operational discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the surf camp
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments (front office, restaurant, housekeeping, drivers, kitchen, etc.)
- Maintain and improve operational SOPs
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure high service standards
- Control operational costs and supplies
- Prepare basic operational reports and updates to management
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall camp readiness
- Support scheduling, rostering, and staff training
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operational Manager or similar role (hospitality / surf camp / hotel / villa preferred)
- Proven good track record as a manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Able to handle operational issues independently
Additional Information:

- Willing to work flexible hours when required
- Based on site in Seminyak
