PinkHotels a growing luxury villa management and hospitality company based in Bali, is currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and professional Villa Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily villa operations while maintaining high hospitality standards. What You Will Do
- Lead and manage daily villa operations
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Supervise and motivate operational teams
- Handle reservations, reports, and operational planning
- Maintain villa standards, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Villa Management or Hospitality Industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Well-organized, proactive, and service-oriented
- Familiar with OTA & reservation systems
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to join immediately
