1. FO Supervisor

3. Sales & Marketing Manager (Surabaya)
Job Requirements:
1. FO Supervisor
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (starred-hotel background is preferred).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS) according to the Front Office position.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, and professional attitude.
- Target-oriented, strong leadership skills, and able to work independently or in a team.
2. HK Supervisor
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (starred-hotel background is preferred).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiar with Housekeeping procedures and related Property Management Systems (PMS) modules.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, and professional attitude.
- Target-oriented, strong leadership skills, and able to work independently or in a team.
3. Sales & Marketing Manager (Surabaya)
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (starred-hotel background is preferred).
- Willing to be based/assigned for Surabaya market area.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiar with OTAs, channel managers, and digital marketing strategies.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, and professional attitude.
- Target-oriented, strong leadership skills, and able to work independently or in a team.
