We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team for the following position:
1. Restaurant Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or similar F&B operation.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor is preferred.
- Have experience using the VHP (VHP Hotel System), particularly for F&B operations and billing.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and daily operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead, supervise, and motivate the service team.
- Able to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage products and service procedures.
- Able to conduct staff briefings and monitor staff performance.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; other languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and positive attitude.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
