Requirements
- Previous experience working in a well-known, established, or award-winning restaurant or hotel is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen operations
- Good understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Previous experience in the same or a similar position is preferred
- Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
