Qualification
- Minimum 1 years experience in the same position
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Creative and passionate about food, with strong attention to quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support cost control, kitchen operations, and perform effectively in a fast-paced resort environment
