Requirements
- Previous experience working in a well-known, established, or award-winning restaurant or hotel is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in beverage costing and daily reporting within the F&B Department
- Knowledgeable in classic cocktails and beverage preparation
- Previous experience in the same or a similar position is preferred
- Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
