Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and operational procedures.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operational reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in flexible shifts.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude and professional appearance
