Job Position: Villa Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the daily operations of the villa to ensure smooth and efficient service, ensuring that all areas and facilities are well-maintained and fully functional
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and assist them with settling into the villa
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- Report guest complaints, maintenance issues, or operational problems to the Area Villa Manager efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the villa at all times
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (villa, boutique hotel, or resort)
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Good understanding of guest service standards in hospitality
- Flexible hours depending on guest stays.
What We Offer:
- Salary range is IDR 4,0m to IDR 6,0m depending on skills
