Community Manager
The Tempekan Heritage is a boutique hospitality property located in Uluwatu, Bali. We are currently looking for a passionate and service-oriented Community Managerto join our team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Community Management, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar position.
- Experienced in organizing community events, activities, and engagement programs.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with guests, members, partners, and local communities.
- Creative, proactive, and confident in developing new community initiatives and collaborations.
- Good understanding of social media, content, and community engagement.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Guest service oriented with excellent communication skills.
