Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in the similar position, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Have the knowledge and skills for the position applied.
- Strong network and relationships with property owners and developers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-oriented in completing tasks and achieving business goals.
- Discipline, good team player and high sense of responsibility.
