Job Position: Luxury Sales & Business Development Manager

A 12-room luxury boutique hotel in Bali, affiliated with Design Hotels | Marriott Bonvoy
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Luxury Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at Magia de Uma Heritage Hotel.
This is not a traditional hotel sales role. We are looking for a professional who understands luxury positioning and has a proven ability to generate high-value business while maintaining the property’s exclusivity and premium rate positioning.
Our objective is not simply to increase occupancy, but to attract the right clientele, maximize revenue quality, and strengthen Magia de Uma’s position as one of Bali’s leading luxury boutique destinations.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
- Previous experience with luxury boutique hotels or internationally recognized luxury hotel brands.
- Experience with Marriott-affiliated properties (Design Hotels, Marriott Bonvoy, Autograph Collection, Tribute Portfolio, The Luxury Collection, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s luxury hospitality market with a well-established local network.
- Existing relationships with luxury travel advisors, DMCs, wedding planners, wellness retreat organizers, corporate clients, and incentive agencies.
- Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to protect ADR, increase direct bookings, and optimize the overall business mix.
- Solid understanding of hotel distribution, OTA management, direct booking strategies, and e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance, identify new revenue opportunities, and work independently to achieve ambitious business targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be confident driving.
