Assistant Chief Security
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Security Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or Assistant Chief Security in the hospitality industry.
- Holds a valid Security Certification (Gada Madya is preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of security operations, emergency response, fire safety, and occupational health & safety procedures.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Honest, disciplined, and customer service-oriented.
