Sagara By AYA is located in Pecatu, Bali. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team in the following position:
- Sous Chef
Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of kitchen experience, including experience as a Sous Chef
- Good understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Able to lead and coordinate the kitchen team in daily operations
- Able to maintain consistency in quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
- Disciplined, responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to work in shifts
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and a team player
- Ready to join the Sagara By AYA pre-opening team
