- Operational Manager
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in hospitality, hotel, villa, or wellness operations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Able to manage daily operations and ensure service standards are properly maintained
- Able to coordinate and supervise the performance of all operational departments
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and a team player
- Ready to join the Sagara By AYA pre-opening team
