Suasana By AYA is a new collection of private pool villas located in the heart of Pecatu, Bali. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team in the following Staff positions:
Villa Manager (staff)
Role Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality/villa management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Good understanding of villa operations and hospitality standards
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Hospitality degree/background is preferred
General Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, team player
- Able to join immediately
