VILLA MANAGER – VILLA KANDUI (URGENTLY NEEDED)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and professional Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique villas. This role is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality who can confidently manage guests, staff, and property logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the villa’s cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation consistently meet company standards through daily inspections and quality control.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams, create staff schedules, provide training, and maintain high service standards.
- Welcome guests warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and ensure a seamless, safe, and memorable stay.
- Arrange transport, spa treatments, excursions, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance logs, guest feedback, and use internal systems to assign and track tasks effectively.
- Track operational expenses, ensure spending aligns with the assigned budget, and report discrepancies promptly to management.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English
- Proactive, well organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional late check-ins.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and hospitality platforms.
- Based in Uluwatu, Bali Area (preferred).
