Sagara By AYA is located in Pecatu, Bali. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team in the following position:
- HR Officer
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality
- Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment, attendance, payroll, BPJS, and employment matters
- Able to manage employee databases and documents neatly and accurately
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, able to maintain confidentiality, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and a team player
- Ready to join the Sagara By AYA pre-opening team
