We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidate for following position:
- Chef de Cuisine – Authentic Spanish Restaurant
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Create and execute seasonal tapas menus, balancing traditional flavours with modern presentation.
- Kitchen Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage all kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee food ordering, inventory control, and kitchen budget management to maximize profitability.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP) across all food preparation areas.
- Vendor Relations: Source high-quality, authentic ingredients from reliable local and international suppliers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1,5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine, preferably in a Spanish or Mediterranean restaurant.
- Culinary Expertise: Deep understanding of Spanish culinary traditions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse kitchen team under pressure.
- Business Acumen: Strong skills in food cost control, menu engineering, and labor optimization.
