General Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar position, preferably within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, spas, wellness, or related industries.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, well-groomed, and guest-service oriented.
- Responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Position-Specific Requirements
Wellness & Spa
- Relevant educational background or professional certification in hospitality, wellness, spa therapy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of guest service, spa/wellness operations, and professional service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Well-groomed, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Marketing Communication Executive
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software, with experience in content creation and production.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing campaign performance.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English; Additional languages are an advantage.
