Qualification
- Previous experience in a related position within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of daily operations, equipment, facilities, and service standards relevant to the assigned department
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Good understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and hotel/resort operational procedures, in line with company standards and regulations
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Service-oriented and guest-focused
- Able to work in a team and in shift systems
- Available to join immediately
