General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury or upper-upscale hotel environment.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished, well-groomed appearance that reflects the elegance of the Regent brand.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
