- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service and guest service standards.
- Good knowledge of financial reports, cost control, budgeting and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage cost control, purchasing, inventory and stock management.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.
