is looking for candidates to fill in the following positions:
Chief Engineering
Responsibility
- Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pool)
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability standards
- Manage engineering budget and vendors
- Lead renovation and improvement projects
- Lead, supervise and develop the engineering team
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar role (5+ hotel/resort preferred)
- Strong maintenance, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Experience in renovation/project management is a plus
- Strong administration skill
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to join ASAP
