Operational Manager
Requirements
- Domiciled in Bali
- Minimum Diploma degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality operations or a similar role
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Familiar with hotel operations and guest service standards
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and reservation management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Google Workspace)
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to join immediately
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day property operations
- Supervise and support Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office teams
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure efficient use of resources
- Manage reservations, OTA platforms, and room availability
- Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property standards are maintained
- Support operational and promotional activities as required
- Prepare daily operational reports and updates for management
- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company standards and procedures
