Front Office Manager / Room Division Manager
Qualifications
- Female
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, guest relations, reservations, and room management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Hotel PMS systems and Front Office software (experience with VHP Cloud system will be a plus point).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong guest service orientation.
