Head Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in luxury villas, boutique hotels, or high-end restaurants
- Experience in boutique or personalized dining concepts (in-villa dining experience is a plus)
- Strong ability to develop menus and manage full kitchen operations
- Solid understanding of food cost control, inventory, and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
- Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to work independently and closely with management
- Service-oriented mindset with focus on guest experience
- Comfortable working in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Willing to be placed in Uluwatu -Bali
