Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Requirements:
- (All positions) Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of hospitality, communication, and fluent in English (spoken & written)
- (All positions) Familiar with PMS System (Opera preferred).
- (1) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel environment
- (2) Minimum 1 year experience within luxury hospitality and strong knowledge of the wholesaler market
- (2,3) Good administrative skills, telephone etiquette, and ability to respond promptly to emails and inquiries.
- (3) Fluent in Chinese Language (spoken & written)
- (4) Strong copywriting, and experience managing social media, SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
- (5,6) Min. 2 years experience in the luxury hospitality industry
- (6) Strong knowledge of Indonesia Finance Compliance & Financial Reporting
