1. HR Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality, villa, or property management industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration, including recruitment processes, employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Experience in supporting payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave management
- Familiar with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and able to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle employee relations professionally
