Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, with strong knowledge of Bali’s market
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing business strategies, and building strong commercial partnerships
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
- Creative, strategic, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and digital trends
- Strong business acumen, proactive mindset, and ability to identify new opportunities and drive the resort’s commercial success
