Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to train, motivate, and supervise team members
- Fluent in basic English (spoken and written) is preferred
