Sagara By AYA is located in Pecatu, Bali. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team in the following positions:
- Restaurant Supervisor
- Engineering Supervisor
Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel, villa, or property engineering (2)
- Good understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, pumps, and building facility maintenance (2)
- Able to organize preventive and corrective maintenance and daily engineering work (2)
- Able to lead, supervise, and organize the Engineering team (2)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, including supervisory experience (1)
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, service sequence, hygiene, and service standards (1)
- Able to lead, arrange schedules, and supervise team performance (1)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate in English and willing to work in shifts
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and a team player
- Ready to join the Sagara By AYA pre-opening team
