Open Positions:
VILLA OPERATIONAL MANAGER – ULUWATU AREA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Multi-Villa Oversight: Direct and manage day-to-day operations across multiple villa properties.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule villa staff (housekeeping, maintenance, butler service, and groundskeepers).
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out, managing special requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency across all units.
- Vendor & Supply Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractor services for routine maintenance and emergencies.
- Budget & Reporting: Monitor operational budgets, track property expenses, and submit regular operational reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience (1+ years) in Operational or Room Division,
- Deep, practical understanding of multi-villa operations and hospitality standards in Uuwatu.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); professional Bahasa Indonesia required.
- Valid driver’s license and local mobility across villa locations.
