Creative And Marketing Manager – What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print
- Lead a team of creatives to conceptualise and produce engaging, visually-appealing content that resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate closely with the broader leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimise our marketing approach
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in a marketing or creative management role, preferably within the marketing & communications industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design, copywriting, and content creation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams, with excellent people management and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing strategies
